AI Basic is a 180 gsm modern unisex T-shirt. AI Premium is a 215 gsm relaxed-fit T-shirt with a fuller premium feel. AI Signature is a 240 gsm heavyweight relaxed-fit T-shirt designed for maximum structure and impact.

Yes. Available colours can be selected on each product page. Colour availability may differ by model, size and quantity.

Yes. Your total order quantity can be divided across the available sizes. Include your preferred size distribution when submitting your project.

The collection consists of modern unisex and relaxed-fit styles. Check the size information on the relevant product page before confirming your order.

Every standard price includes a full-colour chest logo and a large full-colour back print.

Yes. Share your logo, brand identity, references and ideas. We turn your input into a professional merchandise concept for your approval.

Vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG or PDF are preferred. High-resolution transparent PNG files may also be suitable. We review the supplied files before production.

Yes. Production only begins after the design, placement, colours and final details have been approved.

Different designs are treated as separate production designs. Minimum quantities and the one-time set-up fee apply per design.

We charge a one-time set-up fee of €50 per design. This covers the preparation of your merchandise design and production files.

Most customers order between 25 and 250 pieces. We therefore communicate a realistic starting price while still offering orders from 10 pieces.

Your merchandise is professionally printed and finished through our European production network.

Production time depends on the selected product, quantity, design and current production schedule. You receive a clear estimated delivery date before production begins.

Production begins after the design has been approved and the required payment has been completed.

Custom-made products are produced specifically for your project. Returns or cancellations are generally not possible after approval and production has started, except in the event of a verified production defect.
